This is an interesting book that tackles the issue or body image through the lens of a protagonist who takes issue with her large breasts. Although that is a specific subset within the entire topic of body image, the idea of shame, embarrassment, and hating a part of you you are is relatable to most, of not all, people. The story is well written with well-developed characters.
