I really enjoyed the first look at Laura Zimmermann's My Eyes are Up Here. It is hysterical, and highly relatable. The protagonist, Greer, is bright, witty, and has a keen sense of irony, but is having trouble figuring out who she is and "what" she wants to be known for among her classmates. She has another problem (one that I probably wished I had at her age) ... she is self-conscious about her already developed breasts.

I typically don't read YA, but would definitely make an exception for My Eyes are Up Here ... but only after my 15 year old daughter had a chance to read it and share it with her friends!
