Murder Mystery
I enjoyed my quick peak of the first full chapter of Murder Mile that was provided to me via the Bookish First program.
I have never read any of the Tennison novels, but I feel like this book does not require any previous knowledge of Tennison to follow the story line.
The book is clearly a crime novel where I can borderline hear Joe Friday (Dragnet) reading the text. The story appears to have plenty of mystery intertwined with the storylines of some complicated, multi-dimensional characters to help keep the audience interested.
I do like that the central character appears to be a strong and intelligent heroine.
(Note: As soon as I receive my ARC, I will update this review to show an updated rating and finalized thoughts.)
