I enjoyed this excerpt right from the first page. Dinu and Mrs. Plansky are each interesting in their own ways. I feel sympathy for Dinu (although I suspect he is beginning a criminal life) and like Mrs. Plansky's energy. Perfect for readers who like Fredrik Backman or How the Penguins Saved Veronica.
