This book was a lot of things: smart, weird, quick, and thrilling from beginning to end. Mother Knows Best sweeps you up right out of the gate and never stops with the wild twists and turns until you’re not even sure which way is up anymore.
I can’t even begin to describe the plot except to say that you should check out the synopsis- and then just read it. Mother Knows Best is unlike anything else I’ve read like it.
What drew me into this story most, however, wasn’t the crazy science or thrilling turns, but the characters. There are so many questions in this book about who they are are, how real they are, how much they are lying or telling the truth, but they were all just so relatable. Even the sociopathic villain.
This book was wild and thrilling and I definitely recommend it. Check it out for yourself.
