Right off the bat, I want to know who's the mother? from reading the synopsis. And then from reading the First Look I see that the psychological part is already starting. I like when books start off straight away like that.
The cover isn't eye catching but taking the title into consideration...braiding hair is a very mom thing to do...and i'd imagine the color of the hair will play into the book..then it comes across as a good cover for this book. But what I like the most is that the hair is intertwined with the letters.
