I found the first impression for this book to be interesting so far, but I'm not convinced that it is something I want to pick up and read. I felt bad for Galan in the opening chapter, but it stopped there. We didn't get to know much about any of the characters, which is a part of what failed to fully draw me in. This may have benefitted from a longer impression reading, because with 20 pages, it just wasn't enough to hook me.
