I enjoyed this novel so much. Alice was attacked by twins, who stated that "mister tender" made them do it. Mister tender is a fictional character that her dad made and writes about in his comic novels. It forwards to Alice living with her mom and receiving threatening notes. The twins that attacked have been released from prison, so it leaves Alice wondering are they behind her new threat? Or is it someone else completely. Such a great book! It's scary, and somewhat gory at times which isn't for everyone. The ending was great, but also not that great. It wasn't a climatic as I hoped it would be. I sat there with my mouth open thinking thats it? Would have been a 5 star book if that had been a little different.
