I was so sure I would love ‘Mister Tender’s Girl’, firstly the cover is great and the title is incredibly creepy, however the novel did not live up to my expectations at all. It took me three weeks to finish this four hundred page novel, that’s ridiculous. The novel was boring and I could not care less about what was happening. I truly should have just stopped investing my time into it and given it to someone else who could have enjoyed it better. The writing style was very plain, the plot twist were so predictable I feel like a child could have figured out the twists. I really don’t have much else to say without spoiling it. I have yet to meet someone who has enjoyed it, but if you still want to read it then go for it, I hope you enjoy it.
