Carter Wilson does a great job of setting up a fast-paced story. The plot feels suspenseful and I am immediately suspicious of everyone mentioned by the narrator. Despite the quick pace, the author manages to build a strong sense of what the main character is like and the various settings she finds herself in. I look forward to finding out what happens next.
