I absolutely loved this book! Being raised in Alabama myself , I totally relate to how people in the South treat each other with kindness known as southern hospitality.
The detail in this book on the characters made me feel like I was back at home in Alabama enjoying a glass of sweet tea on the front porch in a rocking chair. The Roll Tide part from Bow was perfect. The only thing this book needed was a Roll Tide greeting.
This is a southern drama filled with questions about what happened the day Anna Kate's mother and father were driving and somehow wrecked ending in tragedy. Anna Kate inherits the Blackbird Cafe and has to make a few decisions that could change her life forever.
This is my new favorite book this year and possibly the best I will read! Amazing storytelling by Heather Webber and I can't wait to read more books by this author.
