I didn't win this book but I bought a copy because the story spoke to me. One of the best books I've ever read. I really hope Heather turns Midnight at the Blackbird Cafe into a series. The characters were well developed and the story was something I've never read before. Heather drew me into Wicklow and made me love it as much as the characters do. Anna Kate is a strong main character and the loving support of her community made my heart feel warm. I felt like I was sitting in the Blackbird cafe listening to each person tell their story and experience they had with the town and the cafe. I would have loved to have Zee as my grandmother as well. I also would love the recipe for Blackbird Pie! Great book.
