My first thought was I love books like this. I love ones set in the South along with the laid back feel. I knew there was a mystery going on as the story went on. Definitely made me wonder what the real story was in regards to Anna Kate's paternal family. And, I was curious to know the story of the blackbird pie. I picked up on people having dreams and am curious to how that views. This has the fell of a lovely read, but especially for summer. Feels like a perfect summer read.
