Raj is having a hard time fitting into a life built around (mostly) white people. After having moved from Bombay to America as a child, he is married to a white woman who has all white friends. They are involved in the local tennis club and Raj tries everything to fit in more, something his wife finds easier than him. Raj's life starts to unravel as he tries harder and harder to fit in and ultimately ends up doiing more harm than good. Hilarity ensues but also this book really hits on the relevance of racism within today's society!
This Book is something that really struck a note with me as I've never felt like I've fully fit it due to my race. I would love to read this book!
