At first its magical. Then its mystery. I was unsure of the mixture, having never read a book like that and not being particularly fond of mystery novels, but in this case the mixture is a great combo.
Because this seemed like mostly mystery, I was discouraged. However, after just a few pages into the first chapter I was hooked. I was pulled into this story quickly and wanting to read the entirety of it. It felt familiar but new at the same time.
I somehow feel off reading it because it's not my usual selection of reading, so I feel like I am supposed to not like it but I can't help like it. It has given me a new feeling towards books and the push to be open to more books that I think I would not like because you never know until you give it a shot.
