I really like space operas and science fiction so after reading the synopsis of MADE OF STARS, I was excited to see what the First Impression looked like. This book starts out with a bang, jumping right into the action. It seems like a lot is going on so I'm wondering how that will play out throughout the book. Will it become overwhelmingly complex or will it hold at a good level to keep things interesting while the plot moves along? Aside from Chapter One being very short, the chapters appear to be of good length. I'm not overly fond of the cover. I think a different design might covey the concept of the book better. I'm not sure at this point if this will be a favorite book or not but I'm looking forward to reading the rest of it to find out.
