The book was full of so much drama and a lot of twists, it was crazy. The book drew me in and I ended up reading it incredibly fast. I had to know what happened. While I did have my theories, some of which proved to be true, I still wasn't able to guess how it all worked together. The mystery was intriguing and had some layers to it. I really think the suspects could have used some work, there weren't a lot of options, that was probably the weakest area. I would have liked the characters to have all seemed a bit more suspicious than they did.

Overall, the story was enjoyable, one I wasn't expecting to like as much as I did. The second half of the book was definitely better than the first half. I read the last of it in one sitting because I was invested in the mystery. The characters I didn't really care about. I don't think I ever really connected to them. They were mostly spoiled rich kids, but some of them had moments when they acted normally.

That ending surprised me. I honestly didn't see it ending like that. I think my mouth actually dropped because I thought all of the drama was over. I actually wish there had been just a bit more so we could see what happened after some time had passed, but I am okay with how it ended.

The story almost reached 5 stars, but there was enough little things that I didn't care for that made me drop it down to 4. I will probably check out other books from the author.
