Promising Historical Fiction Set on the Titanic
I've been looking forward to this since I saw it on the website a week or so ago. I love stories that revolve around true historic events, and I especially love stories that include the Titanic. I was intrigued that this would center around British-Chinese twin acrobats.
I love the tie in between Valor and Virtue with the twins, and how their names also relate to the title of the story. Truly enjoyed Val's sense of humor and determination, and I know she is going to be a force of a character to be reckoned with.
I haven't read from this author before, but I really enjoyed the writing style. I know The Downstairs Girl is a very popular novel, and I will have to check that one out as well now that I've read this sampler!
