So, I have already pre-ordered this book, because I adore Stacey Lee AND I love all things Titanic, so that's a no-brainer. Also, did you see that cover? Yeah. Anyway. It's already quite emotional from the start, between the twin separation and the dead, drunk father. Then add the racism right off the bat, and it's already tugging at my heartstrings and filling me with rage. Val already seems like an incredible character, and I am so excited to read more of her story!
