Another Amazing Work of Historical Fiction from Stacey Lee

I have read everything that Stacey Lee has ever written and each time I am amazed at the information she is able to find about Asian Americans at different points in our country's history, Luck of the Titanic is no different. I am so excited to learn more about Valora and Jamie's story, to see how they survive (or don't) the sinking of the Titanic, to learn about what their lives were like up to the boarding of the ship. Lee's writing is so atmospheric that I always get sucked into her stories and sometimes even forget what time I'm in myself! I especially love her use of period slang. Can't wait to read the whole thing!
