My first impression was that Valora Luck going onto the Titanic no matter what. An interesting concept that whisks you along on the adventure. Valora is going on the Titanic to be with her twin brother no matter what. Of course the foreshadowing that this is THE Titanic is looming and you know something is going to happen.
The cover seemed nice, although a bit stereotypical of one's vision of a Chinese girl and not in keeping with the English idea of first class dress.
