First, can we talk about this stunning cover? I know we're not supposed to a judge a book by how it looks but I couldn't wait to start reading this one I got a peek. I'm a huge fan of historical fiction and have read several books on the Titanic and I love that this one has a unique spin - Valora is Chinese and not allowed aboard. Most stories about this famous voyage cover English, American and Irish passengers so the tale of this stowaway immediately intrigued me and this taste of Lee's vivid writing left me wanting more.
