I had been intrigued by minimalism since a friend of mine started selling some of her stuff because she said she valued people over possessions, also after watching the Marie Kondo show I started to look at things differently and being more mindful of what I buy and what I keep.
That's the main reason I decided to give this book a try, to see if I could learn more about this lifestyle. Sadly, some other things overshadowed the whole book.

I did not like the writing style and I'm not sure what genre is this, self help? memoir? a mix of both?
The author is unlikeable and privileged in a way that makes them look out of touch with reality and tone deaf, bragging about their salary (it seems like it), and suggesting this book could have helped people in the pandemic.

Also, it assumes everyone is at the same income level as them and what I disliked the most was the bit about depression, I have depression and I needed medicine to improve, but the author implies that to overcome depression you just have to excersice and stuff like that and seem to view medicine for it in a negative light.

Very dissapointed in this book, look somewhere else.
