I'm not usually a big fan of these self-help type books, so, I mean, I can't say my expectations were that high. I wasn't particularly disappointed, because, you know, I didn't expect much. I just wasn't blown away either. Precisely what you'd expect - slightly preachy, but it draws you in with the promise of solutions to your problems. Would I buy it? Nah, but I might read it if I had nothing better to read.
