I love the title. I like the idea of minimalism but I don't think it's something I can do despite being so interested in it. Maybe this book would change my mind and make it seem less intimidating.
The book reads well though it reminds me of the traditional "self-help" book in that it seems to follow a formula. I would've liked and expected something a bit more creative for this topic.
