Will first encounters Nora as a teenager, when Will was taken by his mother to meet his uncle at his uncle’s apartment building. Over a decade later, after becoming a doctor- Will is brought back to that apartment building, after inheriting the apartment that belonged to his late uncle.
Will rediscovers Nora there, who now lives in—and owns—the apartment building, after inheriting it from her late grandmother. As you can guess, the two end up connecting and a bit of a “hate-to-love” relationship ensues.
Love at First is a sweet, light-hearted read about two wonderfully relatable characters. This book also tackles grief, and the need to find one’s self.
I loved the “neighborhood” feeling this book possessed and I loved the “second chance” these characters were given.
I was drawn to this story from page one and I found it hard to put it down!
