I love this author's writing style. The relationship she creates between her main characters develops in an entirely believable manner, with all the ups and downs of a good novel plot, but without the over-the-top 'passion' scenes that detract from the story.

The plot is quirky and intriguingly unexpected, from the very first toss of the tomato, and moves quickly from that beginning scene to resolution.
But just when you think things are going to work out in favor of the two would-be lovers, a wrench gets thrown into the works, and our hero finds himself back at square one.

The supporting cast of characters who live in the apartment building, will make the reader chuckle. Each with his or her very distinct personality, every one of them gets into the act. Throw into the mix the residents' concerns over the future of their homes and the plot gets complicated.
