A modern day romance set in an apartment building in Chicago. Will inherits an apartment from an uncle he barely knew and needs to figure out what to do with it. After the death of her neighbor Nora and the rest of her building are afraid of who may move in. Nora then goes on a quest to show Will how special the building is so he will not rent his apartment which the residents feel will threaten their community. I thought this was a cute story. Both of the main characters were fun to read about. They both had some baggage that they were carrying and it was interesting to hear their stories. I liked the concept of the story centered around this small little community and watching Will get brought into their fold and watching Nora loosen her grip a little bit. Overall this was a fun happy and quick read that I really enjoyed and will share with others. Looking forward to reading more of this authors books that I have missed.
