The prologue is from the POV of Will, and the the chapters switch to Nora's POV some time later. Both characters are relatable, though I definitely liked adult Nora better than teenage Will (but I'm sure he'll grow on me). I loved the descriptions of the house, which almost seemed like a character itself.
