Already this book seems like your typically charming romance. The two main characters are quirky in their own ways and I already enjoy them as the narrators. While the plot of Will's uncle leaving him his apartment and requiring he keep it for a year is a bit strange, and a bit of a stretch for me, I think this will end up being a fun read.
