It was a long drive on "Locust Lane A Novel" by Stephen Amidon.

It’s a good read, not great. I do love how the chapters are the individual people with their points of view and personality. However, I do wish there was a chart in the front of the book of who belongs to who. It took me a little while to get the people straighten out.

At first, I didn’t get why we needed to know EVERYONE'S personality. It definitely had me liking some characters and disliking others. Which was/is probably the point. But as you get down to the nitty-gritty it becomes important; so, stick with it-if you can-it all becomes clear.

Now to the story. It kept me guessing ‘who done it’, until the A-ha-moment on page 282 out of 301 pages. And then everything made since. The story does drag, but I did keep on picking it up, basically to see if the story picks up the pace. It doesn't.
