A very solid mystery.

I definitely enjoyed this read. I would recommend this one for sure with one caveat: I was not personally satisfied with the ending - more on that later!

One of the perks of this book is the multiple perspective. I say this with a bit of surprise because I don't tend to enjoy shifting perspectives that much. However, I thought this author had a really good handle on the different characters that he wanted to highlight and it felt really well balanced and well connected. The transition between each perspective felt seamless.

I love mysteries and thrillers - I almost always have one in hand. So I thought this one was solid if not revolutionary. But I will say that I thought it had a stronger start than it did a finish. I thought the beginning was very engaging which kept me motivated throughout, but I thought it fizzled a little at the end. I'm not someone who needs a neat and tidy ending, but I just wasn't completely satisfied with the final moments of this novel - I wanted a little more.
