Based on the brief except, Lockdown on London Lane sounds like a lot of fun! Sure, it is a heavy topic but I get the impression that the virus isn't the main focus. It's focused moreso on how the building residents cope with being locked up (be it alone, with somoene else) for the week.

I really enjoy seeing that it is being told from multiple points of view. Oftentimes in stories, I always find myself wishing I could hear more from some of the other characters, how they're handling a situation, what they're doing when they're not with theain character, what they're up to. This book is giving us all of that with a wide cast in Building C.

The writing is descriptive without being flowery. The words on the page help set the scene, allowing you to picture yourself there, but doesn't get hung up on the minutiae. I'm eager to meet the rest of the residents and see how everything plays out.
