Okay, after the cooped-up-ness of the pandemic, what greater thing is a romance born from it? It might be a little too soon for people to buy into romanticizing the pandemic, but I am all for it! Beginning with the cover, I thought it was so cute! The building where all of these events take place, and the adorable silhouettes, perfect for setting the story.
Overall, I really liked this book. I think it was witty and realistic and so so sweet. The romance I could feel myself smiling as I read (which is always a good sign in my book). I love the fact that there was more than one couple and that it was many different responses to the shelter-in-place. That variety I think made it more realistic because while I didn't completely relate to one character or one situation, there was another I could relate to.
Also, pineapple on pizza, a big no no for me. So fun!
