This book sounds pretty interesting. The premise is pretty solid, a bit like a rom-com movie setup. Sounds like something I would grab from the library to read. The people seem interesting enough, although you can only get so much information about that in an excerpt.
Two minor issues are bothering me though. I don't think I'm going to enjoy this book in 1st person. I like the apartment numbers, they help, but I just feel like 1st person might be too confusing after a while. My other issue: at times descriptions seem like too much. Both of these things are definitely personal.
