I've been actively avoiding books about the pandemic ever since it started. Maybe because it's too close to home or maybe because everyone is completely sick of it. For whatever reason, I decided to give this a go - and I'm glad that I did.

We start out with Imogen's point of view in apartment #14, and I really love her voice. She is relatable and funny, and let's be honest - a bit of a hot mess! After a one night stand, Imogen is trying to sneak out of his apartment complex only to be halted by the complex manager who explains the building is on lock down for quarantine.

We then alternate to Ethan in apartment #6, who is super nerdy and adorable. He's a gamer, a streamer, and actively anxious. His girlfriend gets locked out of the apartment from the quarantine, and he's left to fend for himself.

It sounds like we will have a few other apartments to snoop on within the apartment building, and I'm genuinely looking forward to it. I'm hoping to have some laughs and to find these characters making the best of a terrible situation that we all are way too familiar with!
