The cover is attractive and drew my interest. The synopsis didn’t seem that interesting to me, but the excerpt was what did it! The writing is very well-done and I got immersed into the story from the beginning. I could imagine everything happening as it was described and now I need to know more of what happens. Very interested in this book!
