Myths and fairy tales are woven into this thriller. Lauren gives birth to twin boys but while in the hospital she starts to hear and see a woman no on else sees. This woman has twins of her own that she says she’s going to switch with Lauren’s. Lauren protects her boys that night but is worried the woman will not give up. In addition to keeping her child safe she is also managing twin new borns and getting no sleep. This book had me hooked and was impossible to set down. I love fairy tales and the ones referenced here are dark and twisted as they should be. The story was interesting and the characters felt like real and compelling (even if the reader was not inclined to like them all). Highly recommend this one.
