Lauren has just given birth to twin boys. The labor was grueling and she is in major pain. Her body has really taken a beating and she is mentally exhausted as well as she is grappling with keeping both babies fed and happy.
Everyone keeps telling her to sleep when the babies do. For last last couple nights of sleep, she hears a women next door with her twin babies singing some disturbing rhymes to them. Unable to listen any longer, she confronts the women to fine a homeless looking women with a box of dirty rags that she says hold her twins babies who are bad and it is unfair that Lauren got good babies. She wants to trade at least one baby. Lauren fights against it and is thrust into a horrible nightmare....
