I've actually already read this one - (not through BookishFirst)! But when I saw it here on BookishFirst, I knew I definitely had to leave a review here because Little Darling is definitely worth the read. Little Darlings seamlessly blends a dark fairy tale world into modern day. But the supernatural aren't the only things to be afraid of in this book, humans can be just as bad. Lauren's husband, oh my. Everyone in this book has they're own hangups and you can't trust any of the narrators to be reliable. Is it really supernatural or is Lauren crazy or suffering from postpartum depression? Who can be trusted? Even the reader will doubt Lauren's sanity. It's a gripping story absolutely worth the read that plays on primal parental fears.
