As a mother there were parts of this books that just hit me and made me want to hold my little one tight.
I loved how the author included old folklore fairy tales into this book to give it an even creepier twist to it. It was also interesting just to read about them.
I was on the edge of my seat throughout just anxiously waiting to see what happens....and jumping back in forth between thinking the mother is crazy or not!
The ending was great with this book, it kept me guessing, and ultimately surprised me. I felt like the characters had closure and it made for a strong ending.
The writing style was easy to follow and made for a fast and enjoyable read. This is a book you will not want to put down!
