When I received this arc I was so skeptical as to how if I was going to like it or not and right off the bat from the first chapter I knew this was a good one. It took me two days to read because of the lack of time I had last week but if I could have finished it in one day I would of.

Little Darlings, is a folklore tale that is either apart of your imagination or it isn't your imagination at all... It was a beautiful tale about a mother and her two newborn twins lives, and what lengths she has to go through in order to keep herself sane and to keep the boys alive. Throughout the whole book, I had chills. Especially, when it came to that children's book that was left on the Tranter's doorstep that day which basically ended up being the key to all this madness Lauren Tranter has been trying to explain without continuing to make herself look like the mentally unstable parent she already has been blamed to be. In order to save her children, Lauren must do the impossible and drown what is no longer her son's into the river back where they came and belong.
With the guidance of the new set of twins that hers were replaced with, Selver, and Bishop, Lauren is able to get her son's back into her arms safely.

Throughout the whole book, I was really intrigued by the husband, Patrick Tranter. He misled Lauren so many times that were intentionally and I feel like this novel could have gone in a whole different direction afterward the baby incident. He had a lot to hide and ended the novel with serious suspicion
and left me with so many answers.

I heard of a movie being made, and really hope that rumor is true because a movie of Little Darlings would be incredible to see!
