Following the well known characters Leon, Centaine, and Shasa this is the sequel to Courtney's War and conclusion to Assegai Sequence. Despite the war being over the scars and legacy of Hitler live on. Saffron and her husband barely survived, but her Nazi brother-in-law is free and full of trouble. As plots form with big stakes and Leon gets caught in a world of rebellion and insecurity and oppression, the battle intensifies.
This sounds like an intriguing war story, but perhaps enjoyed more by those familiar with the characters. This isn't my usual genre, but it sounds like an interesting action packed page turner. The cover definitely gives a sense of the contents and events, setting a good tone for the book.
