Disappear from society.

An amazing book! Being a loner I have thought often of how it would be to leave alone in the mountains. Disappear from society. Aren't we all just a little "crazy? We all have something that makes us different from others. But, is different a way to classify someone as being mental? The character of Lucas was fascinating to me. He grew up with a father who loved him and taught him how to really live in this world. Maya also had love in her life even though her mom couldn't live with her. Sometimes our lives connect to someone in ways we could have never imagined. There is a plan for each of us and sometimes they connect even with people we have never met. Maya and Lucas connect from the start.
Great book with rich characters. I highly recommend to everyone.
