Useful regardless of your experience level

I was surprised by how useful this book has been to me, even though I have years of experience as a manager and director. There are tools that I can apply and use. Most of the information is intuitive and thus easy to apply. I especially like how the chapters were arranged as they both stand alone yet build off each successive chapter. This will be a useful reference throughout the remainder of my work career as well as in my personal and post work life. The examples presented by the author help explain and emphasize the concepts in a very helpful manner. I would recommend this book for anyone who wants to find their passion and search for excellence. You won't be disappointed by buying this book.
