This is one of those books that you want to keep on your book shelf, as it's a learning reference for anything you want to do. The tools that you need to get smarter and faster can be unlocked and with practice, can be used regularly. I love how this book appears to break them down so anyone can learn to achieve more. With the content in the chapter list alone, I feel like this would be an excellent book for both young and old. We're not taught these things in school most of the time, so investing time into reading books like this is an investment into the reader's future. It will be quite the enlightening adventure to read through this book and discover how to put these tools to use. It's too bad schools didn't have books like this on their required reading list. If they did, they might see test scores improve, students' confidence increase and more focus in the classroom.
