I think people who enjoy self-help books, or who are specifically looking for advice or motivation, will find this book very useful. Personally, I don't enjoy this type of book & find them a bit grating; this one did not change my opinion. However, if the summary speaks to you, I think you will find what you're looking for. The author seems to be a very positive & motivating person.
