There are so many self help books out there, and all of them pretty much preach the same ideas and concepts.
The author does a very good job at providing information in an easy to read and understand format. However, there isn't anything new that hasn't already been regurgitated several times over by other scientists and physicians.
Perhaps my cynical view is due in part by my belief that virtuosos and world class athletes aren't made -- they are born with exceptional traits; and that practice doesn't make perfect. It is perfect practice that makes perfect.
One star -- I didn't like it.
