The table of contents contained topics that are rather interesting to me, I want to read the full copy so that I can possibly learn some of these techniques and improve. I personally normally do not enjoy self help books but this one seems like it would be beneficial to anyone and it has me very intrigued as to all of the processes that the author has mentioned. I enjoyed that he peppered in a bit of science but made it interesting to all readers as well as showing examples of those who have honed their craft and how their brain has changed because of that. Looking forward to reading this as soon as it comes out!
