This is not the first self-improvement, self-help style book I've read and so far my first impression is it similar to every other book of this genre that's already out there. There are lots of examples that explain the concepts the author is introducing, but so far I am not interested in reading anymore. The author doesn't motivate or inspire you to learn, improve, and master. He's only telling you how the process works and that it takes time. I'd rather watch interviews from the successful people he quotes in the book than read his analysis.
